Drill and Tapping
We have two automatic drill and tap machines for products such as
sprockets, gears and sheaves. There are also several drill presses and one radial
arm drill press for very large parts. We commonly drill and tap products for
setscrews in both inch and metric sizes.

We have a tap disintegrator that we can burn the broken tap out of your
valuable part. It is a much cheaper process than EDM. Setscrew
We are able to install almost any size, length, or style of setscrew available.
The setscrew can be located almost anywhere the customer may want.
Uncommon setscrews may have to be ordered, so please allow time.
